GBMy order was sent to the wrong address. I have to wait 3 days until they may replace them and a additional 6days on top of how long I've already waited to not get anything I paid for. I ordered these checks on April 6th 2024. I also paid to get it 2 days earlier with tracking. When the tracking information was finally aware when the checks will arrive. Estimated by today April 13th, 2024. Now the tracking number says it was delivered on my porch yesterday at 12:25 pm eastern time. But to no avail, the checks did not get delivered to my address. The problem is my company routing and account number is on those checks. Now I won't be able to speak to customer service or request verbally for a replacement until Monday, that is at least 2 days for things to go completely wrong. If this issue is not remedied, then I cannot honestly recommend this place to anyone.

GBGood checks, great customer service My initial check order did not end up making it to me. I don't know if it was delivered to the wrong house or what, but that is besides the point. I called to see what was up with the order and dealt with Connie (sorry no last name given) in customer service. She was great to deal with, answered my few questions, and got another set of checks out to me using a different carrier. Mistakes happen and your people dealt with it quickly, with minimla hassle for me, and in a way that leaves me a happy customer. Thanks again and good job Connie!

GBA Cut Above the Rest Order was completed, shipped and delivered as promised. Very impressed with the quality of the checks. This was a second order, and I’ll continue to order from Extra Balue Checks.
