GBThe GOAT of Customer Service Agents After UPS stopped providing tracking updates to my lost package on their website, I started the Help Chat on Autonomous.ai's website - in which I was linked to "Ashley". Ashley made it a breeze to understand the nature of my problem and how Autonomous would try to resolve it. There are some natural frustrations that come from the experience (e.g. a delay in getting the package), but Autonomous is taking whatever action they can to get it done right and fast.

GBThe company is fine The company is fine. Purchased a smartdesk core. Packaging is fine I guess. Assembly is ridiculous. IKEA is easier. Quality is average to poor. That's my gripe. For what I paid it should have been at least similar quality to IKEA. I wish I bought an IKEA desk but they didn't have a smaller option.
