We were to meet the inspector at 1:00… We were to meet the inspector at 1:00 on the day of the inspection. We were happy with his friendly, knowledge and patience with any and all of our questions. If there was a question he couldn’t help with, he was honest in telling us - a lost quality in this day and age! He was very thorough and respectful. Since it had been over 30 years since we moved, nick made our transition easier.

You can also use the report to convert to a checklist to the Seller for repairs and blue tape items. I did watch the video, which gave helpful tips and information. The staff was very pleasant to work with.
