My overall experience with The Humane… My overall experience with The Humane Company was average. They didn't impress or disapoint me terribly. The product I purchased from them seemed okay, but I wouldn't go out of my way to recomend them to others. They didn't offer to provide aboveaverage customer service or go out of thier way to meet my expectations. In fact, the purchase process was quite ordenary, nothing too special. Nevertheless, I didn't have any issues with my purchase so thier service was satisfactuary. All in all, I'd say The Humane Company is avergae.

For example, it would crash several times before I could finish ordering my items. Shipping was also a bit costly and slow. Despite these negative points, theHumanCompany did manage to provide an acceptable level of service, and their prices were relatively competetive. I would say overall I had an ordinary experience with theHumanCompany.com

I received my product within 2 days of… I received my product within 2 days of ordering during the pandemic. I was happy to receive it so soon knowing shipping carriers have been backed up. As far as the product goes, I purchased the Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment Body Face Wash 8 Ounce. I use it once a day for my face instead of twice bc is does dry your skin out. So far I noticed minimal changes to my skin but its only been about a week. It does make my skin red after use but 20-30 mins after moisturizing my skin goes back to normal color. My 12 yr old son is also using this product but his skin does not get irritated. I'm going to continue use and update review.

So far so good So far I am pleased with how all 3 products felt on my skin and will continue to purchase if I see great results. In addition, I reported an issue with one of the products packaging and I received an immediate response and satisfying resolution. I am most impressed with their customer service and they have exceeded my expectations!

Good Product; Not Effective on my Whiteheads or Hormonal Acne I really like the product, but it doesn’t help with my hormonal acne or my whiteheads. Also, the moisturizer was a little too shiny for me.
