There was a hiccup with the courier service but after contacting OZ the problem was solved smoothly and the item was delivered successfully. Customer service is excellent. I recommend this website.

CZHighly Unsatisfied! / Please note correction! My product wasn't delivered, still waiting... Tracing showed me I wasn't reached at home on 7/2/15. Absolute lie. Didn't receive neither call, visit, e-mail or note left in my mail box. It is already over 3 weeks since I placed my order, so I'm inclined to suspect dishonest dealing. I wasn't even able to find out who actually is supposed to be their shipping company. CORRECTION WITH AN APOLOGY! I recently wrote negative opinion about OZ Cosmetics, however really by mistake. Besides that products are excellent, of really high quality, they also did send my order in highly timely manner, actually in 4 days it has been dispatched. Whole blame lies on delivery company here in Czech Republic, which fact at the time I didn't know. It took me many calls and frustration to eventually receive my order. I finally got it yesterday and would like to express an apology to OZ cosmetics. Regards, Maya

MXLong waits to recieve your product. In my experience, Oz cosmetics is terrible. They have several domains like .mx to make you think its a mexican page or .us to make you think it is an American one and the reality is that their products are shipped via Singapore and Hong Kong through their local post service which is terrible. I bought an eye cream in January the 10th. Today it's march 1st and still no news from my product and they just keep answering that their shipments are late because of covid. Yes, I understand a week late. Maybe two. But we are talking about months. They are a damn joke. .......................................... I received a mail from oz cosmetics asking me to delete or modify my review. I will modify it only to clarify that I did receive my product 2 days ago... That's two months after my purchase. It was in good conditions, and well packed, but I am still upset about the long delay. They should use more efficient mail carriers like ups or fedex to avoid this problems.

INSuper services. Oz cosmetics is a very trustworthy site.They are customer friendly.My only problem They sent my parcel through India post .Its not thier fault it got delayed for so many days..its indian customs and postal services that are the reason for the delay. They take much time. You will get your product or your money back for sure. No need to worry shopping on this site. My only request/suggestion to them : please try to use some other courier services,there are many other who serves better and deliver fast. Please let the customer choose an option at the checkout to select the shipping type and speed. They issued refund also for late delivery and very patient with me. Thank you Oz.
