GBNo returns or refunds- Purchase with caution I was trying to find a lip color closest to Plum Rose from the Carmindy Sally Hansen Naturals line, which has been discontinued. After consulting with Scent Beauty, I purchased two which are both much warmer in color than Plum Rose and not good on me. No returns or refunds.

GBWould give zero if this was an option Would give zero if this was an option. I have a bottle of Kylie Minogue 'Sexy Darling' with around a quarter left in the bottle. The spray stopped working, so I emailed the company to ask if there was a replacement spray or anything else I could do to get the remains of the perfume out without breaking the bottle. They were rude, abrupt and extremely unhelpful and basically washed their hands of the problem and told me to go back to the shop I purchased it from.

GBAVOID ‼️‼️Appalling customer service AVOID ‼️‼️Appalling customer service, Would have not given a star if there was an option to. This company took my money and did not deliver my order, from what I have since read on here I would avoid like the plague 😡😡😡 Thankfully it was an add on gift for a family member and the way I paid for it I will get a full refund, just feel so bad for others that may not be so lucky !
