GBSubscription Scam I placed an order for ONE 'try before you buy product', but email invoice listed three additional products that I neither requested nor want! An exorbitant amount of money was charged as a 'hold' on my card without my consent or knowledge causing an overdraft. When I spoke with a rep, I got absolutely nowhere!!! I wish I'd read these numerous reviews detailing this same scam beforehand. Now I'll have to dispute and close this card so that they can't access any of my funds. But what I'm also going to do is warn all my followers on all the social media platforms to definitely beware of this shysty company period.

GBOrdered more than I realized and the… Ordered more than I realized and the company fixed that situation for me. Product came in a reasonable time frame. The Foundation is amazing! Very easy to use and surprisingly matched my skin perfectly.

GBThe customer service and the product is great The customer service experience was great, I spoke with Santiago he was very patient with me, took out time with me, and waited for me to find my correct skin tone. The first trial color was to light. I received my 2nd trial package on 04/11/24 and the looks good.

GBI have contacted this company 3 times… I have contacted this company 3 times for lighter makeup for the air brush system that I ordered. First Lady did a color match on the makeup I received in a previous order and it was perfect, told me she had the new color in as an order and all she needed was payment for shipping. I told her no problem charge my card on file. She agreed, stated I would receive new makeup in 5 business days. 3-4 weeks later still haven’t received it. I called back and finally talk to another person. He stated that the order wasn’t put in but would fix it. For my inconvenience he would wave the shipping. Well guess what, weeks later no makeup.So I tried to get ahold of them again waited almost a hour no luck, so today I preceded to call again just requesting a refund because I was done. The new guy tells me that he created the order but never put it in. What in the world? So he tried to hurriedly put the order in and I was like no just would like a return label to return it. He tells me the trail period is over. Are you kidding me? So I proceeded to get his name and will dispute this with PayPal. This company is horrible customer service just kept blaming the non ordering on the previous person I spoke with.

GBThe color is perfect BUT The color is perfect! It doesn't stay on all day for me however. I'm going to try my original primer, then your spray primer, then apply the foundation and see if that makes a difference.
