Overall Overall, my experience with favgrance.com was almost good. I was able to navigate their website easily and purchase the product I needed without any significant isses. The payment proccess was easily and fast. Their customer service reps were friendly and helpfull. Also, the resolution time for any issues I had was very quick. However, the prices of the products can be quite high, and sometimes there's limited product akg availability. All in all, I'd say favgrance.com is a prety good website if yoy keep an eye out for deals.

Lied about sending package! I would honestly give half a star if I could. Really really bad customer service. I have now been waiting two months for my package to arrive. Sent them many many emails where they claim the package isn't lost. Told me I had to contact DHL, which I did. DHL however informed me that the sender (Favgrance) never actually sent any package!!!! They just filled out the forms but no package! And they are refusing to refund me my money back. I will never NEVER buy from this company ever again.
