Scam of a company, keeps charging my card First off, back in September they were doing a promotion so I ordered some stuff from their company, I did a reoccurring subscription and added a discount code. I did two separate orders and emailed support if they can just combine my orders. That lead them to realize their mistake with giving a discount on the subscription price and an additional discount from the code. Without any explanation they just cancelled my order. First time I’ve seen a company punish its customer for their own error. Fast forward to December 2020, for some reason my cancelled subscription was charged AGAIN months later! I emailed them to refund me. They didn’t even respond but sent a fake refund email. I waited almost two weeks and noticed the $184 has still not been refunded. Emailed them, no response. I had to open a case with my credit card company and got my money back. Bottom line: Not sure how good their skin care is, but be careful when you enter your credit card information on their website, they’ll keep charging you without a product, shady company.

Great Product I adore the way pumpkin spice smells and this did not disappoint. The smell is perfect and not overwhelming at all. I have sensitive skin and this product did not bother my skin, it left my skin feeling clean and fresh.

These products are great for sensitive skin! I have only been using Pumpkin and Spice for two weeks, but love them so far. I have sensitive, acne prone skin and these products do not break me out. I researched all of the ingredients in each of my products, (face jelly wash, exfoliator scrub, day moisturizer, the night time retinal serum, face mask)) and they are all good nonirritating ingredients. They smell so yummy too! I am sure I will be a long time customer!

Highly Disappointed, don't bother I emailed and called multiple times about my order and recently no response. I never received my order and they charged me multiple times for $99 for a subscription I never signed up for. I very much do not recommend.

Five stars all around! It’s like they knew exactly what I was looking for- I love these products so much, they smell amazing and are just what I need for the season. Their social media game and interactions are great, and they always have some kind of discount. I contacted costumer service to check in about a product I hadn’t yet received, and they threw in a free product with my next order, which was not only super generous, but allowed me to try another product. I cannot say enough positive things about them, I am in love!
