GBGood price, shipping, no customer service. First off. I left a review at LALARX website 2 times. Both times they never showed up on their site. They do not allow negative reviews, only positive, so do not trust their reviews. No to my review. I was very happy with the majority of their products. The prices were good and shipping from India to the US was good at 24 calendar days or within their stated 18 business days. All products were good on expiration dates with the exception of one. All had been manufactured in 2023 and had expiration dates 2, 3, or 4 years out, except the Azee. The Azee was manufactured in 2022 and had an expiration date of Jun 2024. Only 6 months out. Considering I needed these medication to go in an emergency kit and not for immediate use, this was unacceptable. They say they guarantee their product, I tried to contact them. They responded saying they would get with me within 12 hours. 8 days later, nothing. I tried again to contact them via email and phone. Left message on phone and again, nothing. I left three stars due to price, shipping, and availability of product. I deducted 2 stars due to one product being nearly out of date, misleading guarantee/return policy and non-existent customer service. I rolled the dice based on their website reviews being near perfect, but now I know they control the reviews being posted. I will probably not purchase from them again. It is up to you to now roll the dice.

GBI recently visited lalarx.com and had… I recently visited lalarx.com and had an almast good experience. Althouh they had a lot of good offers, my purchse didn't go so well. Payment process was tedious and almlost too long. The checkout procces took way too much of my time and I expected it to be quiickr. All in all, an ordinary experince - nohting too amazing. As far as responsivenss, lalarx. compamy was kina good with helping, but I felt like they need to imporve in customer service and guide customers better.

GBCanceled with no notice after claiming order shipped! I ordered on Thursday Feb 22nd. Wrote on Sunday Feb 25th asking why it hadn't shipped yet. "It is the weekend. And Your package is in transit to New Delhi once it reaches New Delhi the tracking number will be assigned and sent to you automatically to your email. Then you can track it on the Usps website. You should be able to receive the tracking number in one to two days... but rest assured your item is in transit." Checked back on Feb 27th & still showing "In Process" so I sent them another email. Then rather than respond I got an email... Your Lalarx order #xxxxx has been refunded No follow up email? No apologies? NO EXPLANATIONS! I'm also still waiting for my credit to appear in my account, although it usually takes 3 days.
