Spanish vegan brand I love Spanish vegan brand I love! I bought myself the Moderno watch and some wooden makeup brushes for my girlfriend. We didn’t need to contact customer service, but shipping was fast and we love everything. They included a card in the parcel about the charity work they do too! Support small.

Dedicated company Initially, my experience didn't seem great. However, it turned out that there were reasonable explanations. Emails from the company in response to mine were going into my spam, leaving me to think I was being ignored when this was not the case. Mike reached out via phone when he realised I was not recieving his emails and explained the issues they had been facing with their courier. The company are doing what they can to get my order to me before Christmas, which I greatly appreciate. The customer service has been excellent and they seem genuinely disheartened with the reflection the problems they have faced these last weeks has had on their company.

High quality watches at good prices The watches are high quality and have the look and feel of genuine leather. The colours are vibrant. Most of all, the family running the business is very kind and passionate about their work. I would purchase again and have already recommended the brand to my friends and family.

Absolutely LOVE my new vegan leather watch strap!!! I recently purchased a black vegan leather watch strap with a silver buckle. The strap arrived today and I absolutely love it!! The quality is very nice, it doesn't feel cheap or fake, and has a nice grain like real leather. I can tell this will develop a nice patina over time. I was worried that it wouldn't fit my extra small size wrist (5.5 inch) but it's very comfortable and fits perfectly. The strap comes with integrated spring loaded pins with a push down lever which made it incredibly easy to put the strap on my watch. Overall 10/10 and I will definitely buy some more watch straps from them(they just got some cactus leather in which I have to try). Very happy with my purchase!

100% recommend! I wanted to leave a review because I LOVE my cactus leather watch and I really like that is not just made out of PU leather like a lot of vegan brands. I made a mistake twice with my order, I put the wrong address and I ordered the wrong sized watch strap. The team were really friendly and helpful. They even resent the correct size strap to me for free before they received my returned strap. Great products and service. Would 100% recommend! I have seen some recent reviews here mentioning that customers did not receive a reply to their email. The lady I spoke to mentioned that they had experienced a problem with their mailbox which is now fixed and they are now working on answering any missed emails.
