Services/shipping is quick but the… Services/shipping is quick but the shipment packaging needs work. I've had several instances where my purchased products were damaged to beyond use when delivered. Products should be packaged and wrapped for protection not simply placed in a bubble lined envelope.

This is the shade I wore for years when she first started her makeup line and the only place to purchase was jcpenney. I don't know what happened to IMAN, but once she started selling at walmart, walgreens, target, something changed with this foundation. The foundation that I bought about two months ago from her site is terrible. The foundation is so dry, you cannot even apply, and the color sucks. I am so disappointed, and to try and reach someone in customer service, all I can say is good luck. Return is not worth the hassle any longer.

Their products are good Their products are good. I only gave 3 stars because their customer service is terrible. I had an issue when purchasing their products online (a technical website error). I sent them a screen shot of the error message I was receiving. Instead of them to look into it, they keep sending me a generic and unhelpful email stating my items where in the basket!

Disappointed When my order arrived the powder foundation was cracked and powder was coming out of the packing. I ordered a lip pencil That would not glide on my lips. Then My second lip pencil was not included instead I received a bottle of some sort of liquid that was for industrial use but on the outside of the package the label had the name and color of the lip pencil. This was a 50% off deal with no shipping fees however, I ended up paying $10.00 to ship the items back. Two weeks later the package came back to me with the message “mailbox full” stamped on the envelope.

Non-Availability of IMAN products! Love IMAN products!! Just wish at least one store in the 28540 or 28546 zip code area carried Oman Products for the many African-American population in the Marine Corps Base, Camo Lejeune ( largest military 7nstallation on East Coast) and Jacksonville, NC vicinity!!
