About Big Cypress German Shepherd Rescue

The Big Cypress German Shepherd Rescue is dedicated to the rescue of homeless, abandoned, abused, unwanted and neglected German Shepherd Dogs and puppies. We work to rehabilitate each dog physically, medically and emotionally with the goal of placing them in appropriate homes where they can thrive as loving and loyal companions, typical of this noble breed. German Shepherd Dogs are a strong working breed in need of experienced and active families and we take care that our dogs are placed in homes compatible with their personalities and activity levels.

All around great!!! Everyone was super nice and informative. The entire process went smoothly. My pup really appreciates his moms blanket they gave us to take home. They provided plenty of supplies to get us started on our life journey together.

Love Big Cypress,We got our Zoe from… Love Big Cypress,We got our Zoe from them and could not be happier. The owner Michelle is a very knowledgeable and caring person. They have saved so many lives, ones that have been abused, left for dead or on the euthanasia list…from Fl to Texas. I would highly recommend them for your next fur baby. Thank you Big Cypress German Shepherd Rescue

Once you take the dog, you are on your own. No help at all. My son rescued a dog from here at the end of October. The dog has behavior issues and I contacted them for guidance and assistance with getting a qualified trainer to help. That was early November. There is NO phone number to call, only email. I emailed and waited for a response ... and waited and waited. Nothing. Seems once you take the dog, you're on your own. Sad. Seems they would want to help make the adoption work, but seems they don't care, once you've taken the dog, you're no longer worthy of any assistance at all. Disappointing, you'd think they want to help, but clearly they do not.
