Fantastic soap I love the soap. It lathers great and doesn't leave a nasty ring in the tub. Smell is fantastic! Ordering is easy. Nice variety of scents. I would like to see the scrappy offered again where you could order 1 bag with your order and not a minimum of 4 bags as I would order more on my total order. Ordered a gallon of liquid this time so excited to try that. Shipping is a little high but, order always arrives fast and packaged well. I've been a regular customer for over 10 years and am very pleased with the soap and customer service that has always been provided by Botanie.

I visited the botaniesoap.com website… I visited the botaniesoap.com website and found it to be quite so-so. The products seemed quite okay and not very impressive. The overall experience was just okay, nothing too special, nothing very exceptional. The design of the website was quite regular and nothing to write home about. They didn't stand out much in terms of user experience, it was just like any other similar website out there. The customer service was average, not too good, not too bad. Overall, it was just a run-of-the-mill experience, nothing remarkable, nothing extraordinary. I guess I wouldn't say it was terrible, but it was just kind of okay.
