Positive experience I have bought Ice globes and it accidentally added other items that I didn't order. I was worried as it was a lot of money to spend and not get back. A lovely customer service member phoned me and reassure me that I will get a refund for the products although they can't return the extra products I may keep them. Thank you I didn't expect that.
