GBI had an avergage experience with the… I had an avergage experience with the Beard Factor. I ordred something from their website and recieved it ok, but it wasn't the greatest. Almost good. The product was not as described, but I was able to make do with it. The customer service was ok, but it's nothing that I'd use again, I prefered other stores for quality merchandise. Overal, it was an avergae experience. Speeling and grammar is not great with this website which is very frustratin.

GBA MUST HAVE!!!!!! The product exceeded my expectations. It conditions my beard well. My hair growth is amazing! This kit smells great, too! This is definitely a must have! Love it!
