GRSteer clear Unreliable service and company not ever answering support calls/emails/chats. I cannot access my files for several days now, I can't get any help from them, so what's the point? A cloud service, any service, should be there when needed and this one is regularly absent. Steer clear!

NLThunderdrive.io very unreliable Two years ago I bought a 2TB lifetime license. It worked well for some time with limited functionality. Hoever since half a year I cannot see any of my files any longer. Even the SSL certificate of there european server was not updated, so https is not working. No response on support questions. Very unreliable. It seems they collected their money and are gone.

CAThis is really a fraud service that… This is really a fraud service that should be avoided at all costs. I purchased a lifetime membership a few years ago and kept my documents and other not-so-important but important notes on the drive. Now when I opened the site, it's all gone. Strongly recommend avoiding it. My two cents.

LUAviod at all costs I subscribed to thunderdrive with their lifetime offer and it worked ok for the first 12 months however it is now impossible to access any of my files. I cannot download them or even see them. These are scammers of the highest order

ROJust don't do it! Don't do it! The entire service it's a mess: painfully slow upload (more than 15 minutes for a 300 MBytes upload?!), painfully slow (or unavailable) download / view, no apps, no sync, no versioning, no real file manager, no anything useful. And, of course, no customer support! I have about 65 gigs of media, uploaded in background during several weeks (?!), which, now, I consider lost data through thunderdrive.io service. Worst 60 bucks ever spent!
