They will steal your credit card information I made a purchase thru mycommerce.com a subsidiary of digital river. It was the only transaction my credit card made as it was new. Shortly after I was bombarded by denials from my bank saying someone was trying to buy items from Carolina Herrera, a luxury brand in New York City. Stay far far away from this company as someone who works for them is skimming this data from inside the company. I will NEVER use them nor do business with any company that uses digital river.

Today i received an email stating thart… Today i received an email stating that AVG [Digital River UK has taken £84 99 out of my bank account today the 7th of April 2024 . I unsubscibed weeks ago as . I just looked up the account and it states i have Internet security multi devices , number of devices 10 , I only have one device which is a second hand laptop , what is going on ?.I am only on a basic state pension , and i want a refund of that money they have taken out of my bank.

Be very carful if using this company as… The "auto-renewal" feature is something to be avoided. Auto-renewal not something I was expecting to come across as most companies are now well aware that buyers of good/services see this as a fraudulent practice. I did manage to cancel my subscription but it took time to get back into my account. Be wary of any company that uses auto-renewals, they are really hoping you forget to cancel and so keep taking your money each month. Remember, "ethical" companies don't use "iffy" practices.

SHAM order processing/online shop operator These guys operate the onkine store for trend micro and process the payments on they behalf... O purchased a product from trend micro last year and JUST, OUT-OF-THE-BLUE received a “renewal” notice from these guys TO EHICH THEY ILLEGALLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD😡😡😡 ***UPDATE: APRIL 24, 2024*** I contacted trend micro and they said digital rivers area to issue refunds and debit from accounts…. And dont bother trying to contact these guys via email or telephone CAUSE THEY DONT ANSWER and they “automated” email messaging centre DOESNT RECOGNIZE the “order number”
