Amazing prices! I’ve been shopping at LaLa Daisy since 2019. All the products I have received are authentic and well packaged. They use a heavy duty tape on the caps and not once have I received a spilled or damaged product. I’m pleased with their shipping and I receive my items rather quick. I save a lot with Lala Daisy. Happy to have found their site.

Missing seal, obviously diluted Bought Davines Love shampoo, got suspicious when the seal on the bottle was missing. Still had an existing bottle to compare to, the product from Lala Daisy was obviously diluted. Returning immediately, hopefully no issues with a refund.

I had a ordinari experiance with Lal… I had a ordinari experiance with Lal Daisy. They sent out the order in a timely manner, althogh it was almost good. Teh items were well paackaged and as described. Payment went throug without an issue. I did not have to contact custmer services, but I am sure they would have been helpfull if I had needed to. All in all, an OK service.

This is my 2nd order and you can bet there'll be more. This is my second order with LaLa Daisy. I really like this company because they seem to care about what the client receives. Each time the items were beautifully packaged, authentic and arrived so much earlier than their estimated arrival time. They care enough to ship super timely and beautifully wrapped showing care for the products they are selling, AND that they care about my opinion of them. Just as importantly they are competitive in their pricing. Sure there are some that might seem slightly cheaper, but when I look at the service provided by LLD - well, there just is "no comparison." I had high hopes... I had high hopes for this shopping website I recently discovered. I ordered Image face spf cream but unfortunately the expiration was only 4 months, not long enough to use the product. Sad to say that in this circumstance they wouldn't pay for a prepaid shipping label unless I opted for store credit instead of a refund. The cost for me to pay for return shipping would have been half the amount of my entire order. Lesson learned. Just wish I knew this before doing business with them. Side note, It seems to be my experience that anytime I order off a Facebook ad I am always disappointed.
