GBI contacted Scrypt regarding an error … I contacted Scrypt regarding an error message that provided their phone number. i was told that they would not help me and that if they help me, it would set a precedent for them to help other customers and they don't do that! NEVER use this company if you value respect and customer service.

GBImpossible to get any customer service. They never answer their emails or phone calls. I have tried to contact them 10+ times in the past 2 weeks and have sent numerous emails to support with no reply. No one has ever answered the phone and I'm always sent to voicemail. It frustrating trying to operate a medical office and not have our fax account work. This is something we use frequently and this issue needs to be handled right away but it's impossible to get any help.

GBSolid Niche Player with Next Level Potential Scrypt's SFax is a solid HIPAA compliant offering with the API's, interface partnerships, and platform to provide great value to healthcare companies of all sizes. They are priced very well. What is holding them back in eFax is mobile application support for Android devices which would allow more customers to ditch expensive copper line contracts. While they have other products, none stand out as much as SFax. Their partnerships with EMR vendors and their print capture driver will help increase exposure. Their secure messaging platform is in a crowded field, but is worth a look while we are shopping other vendors.

GBWill bill you regardless of canceling Faxes did send. My issue is with billing. I canceled by end of trial date. I never got a confirmation so I emailed 3 additional times and left 2 voicemails. Unsurprisingly I received a $29.00 bill. I do not recommend.

GBExcellent service. Reliable. Secure. I am not a heavy user of secure fax, however I am a critical user. I chose Sfax because it was the only one at the time which offered HIPAA security and also didn't require a big buy-in or monthly fee for occasional users. The security is still there but recent changes have made it less practical for occasional users like myself. If that does not apply because you are a business user, I can recommend Sfax without reservations.
