GBVery robust platform I'm not sure there is any messaging solution available that has more features than LivePerson. Their platform is very robust and would satisfy 95% of any business's messaging needs. They do have some faults with outdated/unclear API documentation. Also, if you're a small to medium business you will have zero influence into feature requests. This is typical for any large SaaS, and shouldn't be a surprise.

GBIf zero was an option - I would rate LivePerson a zero Simply the worst customer service that I have experienced from a web based company....EVER! Nearly impossible account management portal. And, surprise, the account cancellation page "doesn't work". Avoid at all costs. There are better providers at a lower cost with FAR superior customer service than LivePerson!

GBWorst company to contact, won't let you cancel I actually wish there was a zero stars options. I've tried to reach my "account manager" numerous times this year to PAY THEM MORE MONEY and upgrade my account but no one ever gets back to me. They claim no one in the company has a phones if you ask to speak with someone. Now I just want to cancel but I can't even do that because the "account manager" needs to do it. If you are a manager at liveperson please do something about this. Now I just have to contact my credit card company to stop payments to you because there is no other option.

GBBilling Scam Hi, We been using Liveperson for close to 5 years. Somewhere in that time frame they switched us to an annual contract rather than monthly. We are stuck paying $95 a month for product they are now advertising as $35 a month. We requested to cancel our service and they claim they have 90 day cancellation policy and are charging us for 3 more months. We have requested numerous times for documentation proving we signed any agreement or were ever informed of our contract changing from monthly to yearly. We wanted proof of their user agreement claiming the 90 days. After 2 months they have failed to provide any evidence nor have they even responded. Avoid their overpriced products at all cost.

GBThey advertise Voice To SMS but its… They advertise Voice To SMS but its nowhere on the site. Everything's Automated so there's no way to reach an actual person. I wasted two hours trying to play with their platform today and I am not impressed. Companies like this advertise something, real you in, waste your time and then don't give you what you actually wanted.
