GBPeopleKeep is amazing PeopleKeep has been amazing. We've been with them for over a year and it has been the easiest, quickest way to handle healthcare reimbursement. The interface is easy, uploading documents is fast and painless, and we've never had a missed payment. I love the emails letting you know when a reimbursement is coming and the customer service team has also been super helpful!

GBThere is an error on the tax reports… There is an error on the tax reports that we did not receive from them until after the deadline. The soonest we can get a meeting to correct this is a month after we reported it. Half of our employees will have to file an extension because of them.

GBSTAY CLEAR!! Do not use this company. I would put a zero if I could. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS COMPANY. It takes weeks to resolve issues. Obviously understaffed and unresponsive customer service issues.

GBWe use Peoplekeep for company health… We use Peoplekeep for company health benefits and it’s great and inclusive. Every employee has an opportunity to take advantage of it no matter their circumstance. So far the company has been helpful and the set up has been pain free! GBThere is no customer service from PeopleKeep There is no customer service from PeopleKeep. Their software is not accurate in tracking reimbursements. If you find an error, then they require you to schedule an appointment, which ends up been weeks out.
