Great company! I have been using beaming white products at my spa for about 4 years now. They have always been super professional and eager to help with any issues I have. Zero communication/ support. Bought several kits, at home kits, toothpaste, etc. Received ZERO support on how to use. When I reached out and told that the first client I used it on had major sensitivity, I was told that Iwould be credited back for my kits- yet of course I never received a refund or any follow up training.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to become an instructor for I wouldn’t recommend this company to become a tech whitening instructor for. I was an instructor for about a year. They actually asked me. I thought it was a great opportunity and commission. I discussed it a few times with them that many of my students were new entrepreneurs and the packages were pricey. I have ideas on how we could make it more feasible for some set income students. Nothing came into fruition though. I always had to wait weeks for certificates for my students, even after sending multiple emails. But the worse part of the job was when I was falsely accused with no proof of marketing their company with a similar company as well as being threatened with legal action. Once the employee who yielded the accusations realized she was wrong-still no apology. This was my experience. I’m sure others may have had better. But since I kept getting a reminder to leave a review I thought I would share my honest opinion.
