PENot what it used to be We run a nonprofit and had a static website and few email accounts. There was an outage around March 14th. I wasn't notified until one of our email users told us they were not receiving new emails, by March 18th. I sent a support ticket, got a refund for the remaining period, but by this time we had already lost a lot of important emails and our reputation. A simple email with a notification of the outage may have been enough to prevent this huge damage. I cannot recommend this company anymore

GBTop Notch Customer Support and Service Quality Setting up a new account was quick and flawless. I submitted a support ticket to ask for an uncommon Linux distro on my VPS and they added it within minutes. Their responses were very helpful and on point. In addition to excellent service, their pricing is very competitive and better than most companies for the amount of computing resources provided. Furthermore, the design and layout of their customer portal is outstanding! I'm very happy with my experience and would recommend Hyper Expert to anyone.

CAVery good so far, but support should strive to go the extra mile I contacted their pre-sales and they answered all my questions with about a 2-4 hour turnaround on each email. They quickly resolved an issue I had. The purchase was quick and easy, and the server was set up within an hour. I contacted them about a migration, and they had that done within a day, including a few followup questions and issues. The only thing they didn't help with was setting it up so I didn't have to change the name servers on all 20 of my domains when they were already pointing to one of my own domains. They said it couldn't be done and just ended the conversation instead of trying to get it working. I figured it out myself with 2 minutes of research. This is a very common thing, so I'm surprised they weren't able to help. Other than that, I am happy with the speed and quality of service, and the server seems fast and stable so far.
