$69.95 facial turned into a > $2,700 purchase They advertised a $69.95 facial, During my appointment for the facial the pressure sales tactic started and did not end until I purchased their equipment/products costing over $2,700.00. About 3-4 hours after leaving the store I noticed the product was clumping on my skin. I immediately called the store and offered to return the equipment/products that is when I learned they had a no refund policy. They said it was a medical equipment that they are unable to take back when asked about returning the products for a refund I learned the products were free the >$2,700 was only for the equipment What a rip off

Excellent service by Ronique Ronique at Tresor Rare in the Gallaria Mall in Abu Dhabi was extremely helpful. She was personable, knowledgeable and followed up with me on my particular needs even after I left the store. Effective product, great customer service I met Aura at their booth in Yas Mall a few months ago. She was very professional in explaining the products, especially the science that make them effective. She was quick to send me information on how to apply products, and web links. I've been very happy with the fine eye line serum, hydrotherm mask, HydroTherm Sauna Serum, seagrass cymosilk mask, and the PerfectioX device.
