BIG MISTAKE USING THESE GUYS This company came off very professional and friendly at first. Their sales pitch is VERY aggressive but they seemed dedicated and knowledgeable so I decided to use them. Originally I was leaning towards Shopify but Victor convinced me to use Wordpress which is their preferred platform. After building my site and having to navigate all sorts of additional plug in and add on suggestions I got my site up and running with only the features I needed. I was assured everything was finished and everything was paid for. I went over my budget which was fine seeing as I was confident I was getting a quality product. Things seemed good at first and Victor was helpful with my questions and concerns post launch. Fast forward 6 months (website completed August 2021) and I can’t get into the back end of my site. I messaged Victor and I received a call soon afterwards from a tech I’ve never spoken to who explained that I need to pay $600 to “renew my plug in certificates for Wordpress” Needless to say I was surprised and confused. So basically I can’t access my site through the back end now unless I cough up the money. I messaged Victor immediately to get more details and an explanation and guess who’s all of a sudden ghosted me?! VICTOR has not responded to my messages and has conveniently disappeared. My website needs to be updated and I can’t do a thing about it! I refuse to pay more money for a product I was promised at a certain price and there was never any talk of additional costs down the road pertaining to “expired certificates” I AM FRUSTRATED AND UPSET AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NORTEX TO ANYONE!

Excellent Service! I was in the market for website development, and I tell you, I couldn’t find a better place to be than this. I had an excellent experience. My website project was shockingly quick, I was brought through a very detailed communication. The website consultation was very professional and they did my logo design with accuracy and dedication. Definitely recommend!

Total scam Total scam! They are not willing to release hosting credentials on my website and asking more money saying the platform needs to be upgraded . They even tried to shut down my website when they could not get any more money. Beware of these people, they are liars!

DO NOT trust Design Nortex DO NOT trust Design Nortex. They are an illegitimate and inexperienced team of probably 5-10, masquerading as a developed company. With FALSE & DECEIVING clientele. I regret so much working with these people and they’ve really ruined the experience for me in finding help somewhere else. The work that they claim to have developed is not their work at all. They will talk with you and portray excellent customer swervice for doing little to nothing. They’re untrustworthy and I would NEVER recommend Design Nortex to anyone. They will prey on small businesses and scam you out of your money. Also, if you look for other reviews, you’ll see they’ve copied and pasted the same reviews using the names of some of their team members on multiple sites to work with them. Highly recommend using your hard earned money and investing it in a company with better quality and management. DO YOUR RESEARCH.
