Absolute rip off I ordered a bra which took ages to arrive only to find it didn’t fit I am a 12 ordered L to be on safe side and it wouldn’t go near me. Noted made in China where women are tiny with no busts ! On top of that it was ugly, strips of rubbery material just glued together. There was no paperwork accompanying it with info on how to return and get refund. I’ve sent email 5 days ago no reply yet Absolute rip off and wouldn’t buy anything else

I only wish I had read these reviews… Looks like they have disappeared leaving lots of dissatisfied customers, absolutely disgraceful and despicable human beings- I only wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. Only selected 1 star as you cannot select none . I agree 100% with the other poor reviews. The bras took an age to arrive, they don't fit at all, they are extremely poor quality with lots of raw edges. Return requested, they were quick to offer reduced price or exchange, which I declined. They will only repay a portion of the cost (note please read the small print) and over a month later I am still waiting for the return reference/label.

This company drop ships from China, so expect a wait for your items! I needed items quickly so ordered from someplace I assumed was in the UK, only to find that outletforthem drop ships goods from China. They charge £24 for a bra that, if you go to Aliexpress or Alibaba directly, you can get three of INCLUDING shipping for £20.66 TOTAL.. and I know this because I just ordered 3 more. They also supply tracking numbers not recognized by the shipper. Extremely polite customer service, but nonetheless, had I known I would wait weeks for what I had ordered, I would have ordered the items directly from China myself and paid literally ten times less. I think it's disingenuous not to tell people where you are sending the items from and how long it will take for their orders to arrive.
