Worst support i saw in my total… Worst support i saw in my total experience. Looks senior management is least bother for customers issues. Same experience every time with Citrix support, calling Citrix support is waist of time....

Worst Support ever Worst Support ever. HP and Microsoft is a dream compared to that incompetent support organization. And even they only deserve one star. The only thing the support is competent in is requiring logs for everything and wasting time. Wouldn't be a problem if the software would work and wouldn't have bugs and issues.

I found Citrix to be an extremely… I found Citrix to be an extremely useful tool for application and desktop virtualization. It allowed me to easily migrate physical and virtual Windows apps and desktops to any cloud or on-premises infrastructure with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops. For a seamless migration, I leveraged tools like GS Richcopy360 to efficiently copy large amounts of data and Rclone to sync and transfer data to and from cloud storage. The Citrix platform gave me a single place to securely deliver apps and desktops to any device, and provided end users an optimal experience. With advanced features like Universal Print Server I could reduce network congestion and encore user experience. By Combining Citrix, Rclone and Richcopy360, transitioning to Citrix was made simple and hassle-free.

Customer support is poor and slow to… Customer support is poor and slow to respond. We have had multiple vendors unable to download files from the Citrix ShareFile web system. It is almost useless. Although 2 support techs personally agreed that they observed the problem, along with ourselves and 2 of our offsite vendors -- Citrix keeps asking for more. Then, when they finally state we have observed the problem, never give status updates or workarounds. Still waiting for the fix and the status.
