People telling here that Croopzy is a… People telling here that Croopzy is a scam they are big liars themselves. Cos I received everything what I ordered in short time but living in Brazil. Here in sao paolo I heard a lot of stories of my friend that they were scammed. But not on Croopzy. If you had specific problem it doesn’t mean they scammed you, it just happens. I received wrong item at once and it was cosmetic bag ( I ordered bath mat). Yeah I waited for couple more weeks which is not good of course. But I kept the wrong product for free! I think it’s not fair calling them scams or smht like this.

Scam ! Scam ! I orderd items in June. I've also made two enquiries but not response yet. There's no response to my junk mail and it's a confirmed scam.

Scam. 20 days still no package. No updates on delivery. Scary. I made an order for one package of 2 shirts. This was on Dec 30, 2021. It’s Jan 19, 2022 and I have not received my package still. The phone number listed for contact is fake, it hangs up after 1 ring. The customer support does not respond back with an expected date of arrival or any current status of where your package is at. You will not have info on where your package currently is, what day to expect it and or how many more days you have of waiting. I am on day 20 and counting …still waiting. I am in a lot of fear that this is a scam. I would not order from Croopzy. Other online stores take only 4 days maybe 1 week to deliver 1 package to you.They can also give you updates on your package current status. I spent over $40 and tipped them too. Not a good, safe feeling to order from croopzy. Do not do it. Nothing gets delivered to you ever. Fake. I’m very sad and upset from this scam.

AVOID-SCAMMERS don’t even bother with… AVOID-SCAMMERS don’t even bother with this company, take your money and that’s the last you hear from them, they don’t reply to repeated emails, WhatsApp and phone calls. If you have ordered anything say goodbye to your money you’ve been scammed.

Croopzy order #5079 I ordered on 12/11/22 and received a confirmation email same day advising 1-5 business days to process and that I’ll receive an email when my order has shipped. I did not receive such an email and NO it’s not in my junk folder. I emailed support after 15 business days for an update. No response to date. That’s just unacceptable and makes the customer suspicious as I can see from most reviews with similar experiences. If customer support bothers to read this review I’d appreciate a response to my order #5079.
