I've tried all the online plant businesses (bloomscape, the sill, dahing plants, etc.) I used to order from Rooted all the time as their prices are generally lower and discovered them during COVID. I also love supporting small businesses. Nothing went wrong so I never had to interact with their customer service until this order. My plants arrived with clear fungus gnat infection and it led to all my other houseplants suffering the same issue. After going back and forth with them several times they still refused to refund me, blaming the issue on me. Order with caution.

GBFirst time ordering with Rooted and all… First time ordering with Rooted and all 3 plants showed up dead. The Parsley and Oregano were dying and the Basil showed up completely dead.
