The automated calling center automatically hangs up on you. If I do not receive a refund I will be contacting the BBB soon and I would recommend all reviewers to do the same.

I truly regret using this company. Never again. I plan on writing the IRS about this company's certification.

1099 online efile status remain submitted after 20 days .. no status updates we used 1099online service, no update from them even after 20 days of filing 1099 status says submitted to IRS, no other updates, it is very strange 1099 online processing takes more than couple of days, I used intuit online, they update the status in 1 day.
