I believe their headquarters are in Cleveland, but their drop off location in Seattle made things far easier for me with sending the phone in. Within a week all of my photos were sent back to me on a thumb-drive. Couldn't be happier!

Weirdest bait and switch company Weirdest bait and switch company. Really shifty and shades. Gave them my thumbdrive back in 2018. Originally they said a few weeks . Then 1 month. Then a year. Now 6 years later. All the while ignoring messages I send. Trying to call and talk to someone just to be given the runaround. And then they never send updates or anything. I guess my sentimental and volunteer files are forever lost. Should have gone with someone different. I will now take the regret of trusting them to my grave

Great Recovery Process Highly recommended. Thankful and grateful that their team was able to recover my hard drive. I am a graphic designer and spilled coffee creamer inside my computer. It got all over the motherboard, inside the screen, and inside my hard drive. I thought there was no way it could be recovered after taking it into a local shop for repairs and hearing it make this awful noise. BUT Salvage data fixed it with no problem.
