GBWeb Craftive Studios’ team proved to be… Web Craftive Studios’ team proved to be a lifesaver for my startup. I had everything sorted, from operations to finances, but couldn’t find a good enough digital marketing agency to handle my social media accounts and Google Ads. I had already contacted a few people on Fiverr and Upwork, but their portfolios didn’t meet my expectations. As I was about to give up, a friend shared their website’s link. I quickly got in touch with their project manager, Mr. Zack Connor, and discussed everything I wanted. He answered every question thoroughly and convinced me I could not go wrong by working with their team. I signed up for their services the next day, and it has been nothing but great ever since. Their team already started providing leads through social media and PPC a few days into the project. And they have been steadily increasing since then. They provide me with weekly updates complete with data and graphs so I can stay informed about the progress. Plus, Zack is always there to answer any question or discuss something. It almost feels like their team is an extension of ours, given that they are friendly, responsive, and extremely professional. I would recommend their services to anyone needing to outsource their digital marketing.

GBRecommended It was nice working with Web Craftive Studio’s team. I loved that I was able to customize my site however I wanted. Also, I liked their team’s communication, especially Zack, who was quite helpful throughout the project.

GBI got amazing work…. I needed a web app for my gallery, so I decided to give them a shot after their name came up in a discussion. I couldn’t have gotten better quality of work in that price. Good work.

GBIt was amazing to work with an agency… It was amazing to work with an agency that ticks all the boxes, whether it’s quality, communication, or turnaround time. I desperately needed to get done with my online clothing store’s design and development because I had already waited long enough. Luckily, I came across them through social media. Their services and the listed prices convinced me, so I filled in my contact info and got a call on the same day. I was contacted by their project manager, Sam Morales, who made everything so much easier. I had an hour-long discussion with him, where I communicated my requirements, and he told me how I could get an even better deal by explaining everything without any jargon. I was blown away by his command of all the technicalities and how easily he explained everything to a layperson like me. So, I ended up signing a six-week eCommerce development contract with Web Craftive Studios. He quickly shared my requirements with the team from the get-go and ensured everything was working as expected. I got the design concepts in a week. And got the final website, with everything in place, including the content, sometime in the fourth week. This meant I had enough time to review the website carefully and show it to my friends for their feedback. I am grateful to their team, especially Sam, who made it possible to launch my store in time. And the best part is, I didn’t have to compromise on quality or pay a huge amount to get it.

GBSaying Web Craftive is Abusive is The Least of Their Shortcomings If you see a good rating for Web Craftive, you are reading a plant. I've worked with them for six months and there is nothing they haven't done wrong. NOTHING. I got talked into paying up front - the biggest mistake ever! I have had so many different people working on my account, they keep getting fired or leaving, and every time I have to start from the very beginning. They keep no notes. The IT people are just marginal. I spent weeks trying to get rid of typos. TYPOS!!! I had to pay for my own video which was in my contract. I had to pay to have my blogs transferred because they didn't know how to do it. $400 because I was desperate to get them transferred. The project managers will promise you anything. Someone named Jeff Williams came really close to threatening me. I wasn't sure they weren't going to sabotoge my site. Then Sam Peterson took my credit card for hosting and was about to put $6,000 on it for a dedicated server -- which in no way I need. I spent six months begging, and I mean every single day, begging for my site to be finished. It was a Wordpress template. How hard is that? I knew every single thing I wanted prior to hiring them. I knew the Wordpress template I wanted. I sent a hand drawn picture of what my site should look like and an example of another site that I based my site on. And still it was pulling teeth to get anything done. The last and final thing is that they are sending me a proposal for $5,000 for SEO for three months. I'm a small site that hasn't been up and running for 6 months. What are they thinking? And one thing I find that all site builders do. They never STFU. They talk and talk and don't say anything. The project managers are very young and no idea what they are doing. They just told me to stop talking over them when I was trying to tell them to stop talking. Then they talked over me. Now they are lying about that. Web Craftive Studios is abusive. Trying to get a site done is one of the worst experiences you will ever have in your life. They're all bad. But this one is extra bad. Get a tight contract. Don't pay up front. Otherwise you have no control at all. Prepare to beg and be abused. If you're into that!
