JPGood but could be great Duda is great for building small, simple websites. Being able to customize between desktop and mobile is very good and flexible. The websites load fast, index well and are good on the SEO side. I have been using Duda for over 6 years and use it exclusively now. However, its rudimentary widgets, lacking in simple, expected features, with poor clunky transitions, and general poor user experience limits our ability to satisfy our clients' needs and expectations. And Duda has been terribly slow at improving the little things that would make it a 5-star website editor. Recently, most new functionality (it seems) has been added to their App $tore effectively making it a more expensive platform. I wish they would fix the long list of broken/buggy stuff first.

GBWorst site builder I've ever used. As someone who specialises in creating cost-efficient websites for business owners, I can't and wouldn't recommend Duda to anyone. The countless problems with Duda make my job extremely difficult due to the amount of time I have to spend troubleshooting the most idiotic hurdles they place at every single corner. I've unfortunately been using Duda for close on 3 years now (not by choice) and my sanity has plummeted due to this. I am constantly finding myself having to find ways to work around the downfalls of Duda which consistently turns a 1 week project into a 1 month (or more) project. Even the most basic features are clunky and inefficient and instead of fixing them, Duda seems determined to add more unnecessary features that are inevitably clunky and inefficient. To add insult to injury, when they DO finally try to improve the basic features they end up making them even worse. The latest mind-boggling change they've made is that when you try to move a widget down your page (text box, button etc) instead of simply moving the widget it will try to minimise the size of the widget. Why?! Why even change it? This was about the only thing that worked consistently and is the most basic function and with one change they've made it unuseable. Optimisation is an unknown concept on this platform. For example, you have three versions of any individual site; desktop, tablet, and mobile. However, while this sounds helpful, not one section/widget/text box will automatically resize for tablet which means you then need to go through every single section of your desktop site, duplicate everything and hide the duplicated sections on the desktop site before then going through everything AGAIN to resize and optimise for tablet. While the mobile version will convert certain widgets from desktop it does so in such an inefficient manner that for 9 out of 10 sections you will have to repeat the same process that you did for the tablet version. I have been pushing for our company to move to another platform since I started working here nearly 3 years ago but unfortunately, it has become almost impossible with the amount of websites we have running through Duda at this point. I would need to abandon all responsibilities and focus every bit of my time to be able to transfer everything over to another platform properly which I simply can't afford to do. For anyone looking to create a website or any agency looking for the best platform, avoid Duda at all costs. No matter what it is that's attracting you, I can promise you with no doubt in my mind that it will NOT be worth the trouble this platform will cause you in the long run. Now speaking to Duda directly. You have ridiculously lazy and incompetent development. How you can continuously get things so wrong and blatantly ignore the obvious downfalls in your platform tells me you're either not capable of making improvements or simply don't care. There is absolutely no merit in trying to claim ignorance, I have read other reviews, and I have many, many, many times spoken to your team to make improvements and if anything it just gets worse.

GBTries to be a "Wordpress-killer" LOL Tries to be a "Wordpress-killer", but it's not even close. Taunts Wordpress' plugins, yet all their focus in the past two years has been adding paid plugins... or "apps" as they call them. Lacks a lot of features, widgets are extremely outdated.

GBI recommend Duda I've been using Duda as my primary website platform for over a year now and am very pleased. Although it's primarily aimed at website-creation agencies, it's worked great for us and our business (we are in a different market and are not an agency). The website editor is extremely easy to learn and use. It has all of the features I need. Plus, there is a very active support community on Facebook. Support has responded well also. Highly recommend.

GBI'm very happy with Duda I'm very happy with Duda, their approach and their future plans. I've already developed over a dozen sites on their platform and it is much easier than WordPress. Plus, with 25/7 support, it's a no-brainer. If you're an agency who wants to make money from hosting or maintaining other comapnies' sites, Duda is the way to go.
