SCAM I bought a Mydraw license. After some months my laptop was destroyed ( my daughter poured water into it) and when I tried to install Mydraw in another computer, I was not able to do it. I messaged support, offering them to delete the license from the other computer and change to the new one and they did not even answered me.

Non-existent customer service To be honest, I can't remember what the product was like, only that I decided not to keep it. My problem with the company is its failure to respond respond to emails. I had an email from them, out of the blue, saying (among other things) "Your opinion is very important to us and we'd love to hear your feedback on how we're doing. Please take a couple of minutes to write a short review on your experience with Mydraw. " I hit Reply and politely asked them to remove my details from their mailing lists. No reply. I figured that maybe they just didn't monitor the mailbox from which they sent the request, so I resent the email to support@, customerservice@, email@ and announce@. Still polite. No reply. I give up. So here this is my review, as requested, based on my dealings with them.
