DEUnfriendly Support I bought two whmcs modules from them. They work good, but their support is terrible. I believe his name was Christopher. Such an unfriendly Guy. I am new to whmcs, so I had a few problems. I contacted the support to get help. Other companies respond like "Thanks for buying our module, ...". Christopher was very unfriendly. He helped me but he always talked to me with a meaning of "Oh, you are so stupid" "Oh my God how stupid can someone be". Can't recommend this company.

UGthe best company Knowing that aspnix is the best and most stable host in the IT world, I have decided to say some grateful words to them. Frankly speaking I have never used such a decent company before. All works with no issues at all. Their network is fully-redundant and load speed is fast indeed. And their technicians … they are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm fond of their services as well as their pricing policy which is simple and flexible.

GBI iexpected more choices and above average support. ASPnix has good prices, average packages, and good support. They do not have the ability to help you customize packages aside from basic add-on's. They will not bend or go out of their way to help you in innovative needs. The support most often answers tickets with yes or no answers if you don't keep pressing for more information. For me, they only meet my needs as a stop gap service. It's too bad that I will have to invest in VPS but they will probably not be here because they aren't competitive enough in that genre.
