Dine market does not offer a delivery window, so you would think that you would have to be home all day, waiting. However, there is a lovely girl in customer service who will call the vendor for you, and get back to you with a 2-3 hour delivery window. This is something that takes a little effort, and could be tweaked on the website. I highly recommend dine market

Dine market is top notch home delivery grocery service! Dine market is a professional grocery delivery app featuring restaurant quality fresh produce from super reliability vendors in your area. Shout out to Riviera Produce, from Englewood NJ who delivered to Queens free of charge with a minimum purchase, in a one day window. No additional hidden charges or tips. Delivery was exactly within the window slated in the app. No regrets guys! Instacart is garbage compared to this. I was able to get fresh crisp vegetables right away. I also placed another order for milk, half and half, and chicken, from another vendor that had these supplies in stock, and that should come in a few days which is enough time to get through this veggie stash. Try it, you won't be disappointed. Customer service is responsive within seconds via the app, they are top quality, bar none!

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! Just a PSA, everyone: DineAgency / DineMarket hired me to develop or to fix several of their websites, and unfortunately, after the tasks requested were completed, the company failed to pay its dues as previously agreed / discussed, even after weeks of comments and footnotes of the progress made along the way. So in a nutshell, please tread carefully when dealing with this company, as for at least in my case, I got stiffed for $300, even after work was delivered and reviewed by several members of the team and management. I really believed it was a serious business but apparently it's all a fake front. Be very careful when dealing with this company. Lesson learned!

Dine Market is great Dine Market is great. In particular Valley View Produce has been a fantastic service since the pandemic hit. I took off 1 star from my review because I've had a few orders where 1 or 2 things were incorrect, but they have usually been quick to correct the mistakes or offer refunds.
