Paid $399 April 21 and still don't have… Paid $399 April 21 and still don't have a presentable website. Due to continuous missed promised deadlines, I had them just email their files. Had to hire another developer to edit site and we're still trying to get admin passwords to make site presentable.

DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY FOR… DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING! I paid for the Standard Logo package on 9/8/2022. It was marketed and promised that I would receive communication from a Project Manager that would be assigned to me and would have a logo design to review within 24 hours. It is 9/12/2022 and I have not heard a word from this company. I've called which goes straight to voicemail and I've tried to Live Chat which is states that no one is available. I've now sent a message through their website and via my personal email demanding a refund for being in breach of contract. I will be escalating this issue if I am not contacted today and receive a refund.

NEVER USE THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them a 0. This company is a total scam. I have tried to work with them for over 18 months now. I have worked with Oscar, Jeff Martin (scary), Steve and finally Bane. I send them explicit directions and they refuse to make all of the changes. I sent them one request 6 times and they did not understand the change request. Here is my request: ON the landing page, in the far upper land hand corner replace Welcome to Austin Texas Baby with the following language... and they could not understand that. So we tried zoom calls where I read each change to them. Only a few changes would get done. And they call you over and over and over again and sometimes at 10:00 pm. They said they did not know my time zone. Well, if you were really in Chicago we are on the same time zone! Jeff yelled at me on multiple occasions. Yelled. They keep you hostage until you give them more money to host with them. I explained in writing and on the phone that I would not pay them any more until they finish the website. I have called 3 other website companies and they said not to give them any more money that they were wrong. Capital One VISA flags them as a scammer. They have had other clients complain about them. RUN. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY TAKE YORU MONEY AND DON'T COMPLETE THE JOB. SHAME ON THEM.
