The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the vectors received were still contained in compound masks and the ability to break them up and edit them was difficult and a little time-consuming. Aside from that, I'll definitely use them again! They were super fast, easy to communicate with and the whole process couldn't have gone smoother. Great job Pixels! Superb Service What a great service from start to finish. I found pixels logo whilst researching companies to help me design a fresh logo for my business. After speaking with the friendly representative on the web chat i was guided through the different options to choose from. I was then assigned an account manager and a designer who captured my design inspiration and added some creative flare to make the perfect logo for me. The project was turned around very quickly and i am truly thankful for everyone's combined effort. The whole process was easy, stress free and very customer focused. Top work! and I love my new logo! Highly recommended.

Paid $399 April 21 and still don't have… Paid $399 April 21 and still don't have a presentable website. Due to continuous missed promised deadlines, I had them just email their files. Had to hire another developer to edit site and we're still trying to get admin passwords to make site presentable.

NEVER USE THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM. I gave them one star because I couldn't give them a 0. This company is a total scam. I have tried to work with them for over 18 months now. I have worked with Oscar, Jeff Martin (scary), Steve and finally Bane. I send them explicit directions and they refuse to make all of the changes. I sent them one request 6 times and they did not understand the change request. Here is my request: ON the landing page, in the far upper land hand corner replace Welcome to Austin Texas Baby with the following language... and they could not understand that. So we tried zoom calls where I read each change to them. Only a few changes would get done. And they call you over and over and over again and sometimes at 10:00 pm. They said they did not know my time zone. Well, if you were really in Chicago we are on the same time zone! Jeff yelled at me on multiple occasions. Yelled. They keep you hostage until you give them more money to host with them. I explained in writing and on the phone that I would not pay them any more until they finish the website. I have called 3 other website companies and they said not to give them any more money that they were wrong. Capital One VISA flags them as a scammer. They have had other clients complain about them. RUN. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY TAKE YORU MONEY AND DON'T COMPLETE THE JOB. SHAME ON THEM.

In about 3-4 years you will be… In about 3-4 years you will be contacted by them telling you that someone is trying to trademark your logo and then you will give their “legal team” thousands of $$$ before you realize you have been taken. They they tell you you’re going to get a call from the trademark office. That guy tells you that the other company filed a rebuttal. And they try to take you for more get you to send documents proving you are the first user and try to take you for more thousands of $$$. They got me the first time.
