I especially love the Brightening Soin Blanc Target Spot Treatment. I have a skin condition called Melasma where I suffer from dark pigmentation. This product is amazing!! and organic. I can't forget to mention the customer service at Gratiae. It is excellent with products being shipped quickly and any questions being answered right away.

AUNo customer service Purchased 3 jars of body butter. One was completely smashed with glass and cream everywhere. Packaging was terrible. Only some plastic was wrapped around them. I tried to contact customer service a couple of times. Even sent a photo. No response.

CAI changed my mind... I started having bad opinion on package delivery, as I ordered product on April 4th and did not received anything on April 21st. I sent email to customer service, but their reply finished as junk email, so never noticed they tried to contact me. Stephanie from customer support called me on 23th and told me package was lost at postal office. They just send another package by Fedex with a tracking number. Thanks to Stephanie from customer service :)

GBI would recommend My first purchase was at the mall. I loved the products, so when I ran out I decided to buy online. My experience with customer service was not the best at the time, after letting them know I was contacted by a member of their team and she explained that they were in the process of improving their customer services. I was offered an apology, and a generous offer which I already received. I feel valued as a customer, and think that they are indeed interested in keeping their clients. I will buy again from Gratiae because I love their products.
