Bumpy start, but ultimately the best decission we ever made I have a website selling customized labels for beer, wine and liquor. My entire webshop is built upon Aitoc’s M2 extension Custom Product Designer, which seemed to be the only extension offering me the features and flexibility that I need. Initially we had a bumpy start, due to the fact that the extension had some bugs, which made it almost unusable for the purpose I was going to use it for – this was quite critical, considering my entire webshop is built upon their extension. I contacted the team, and despite much communication back and forth, they finally turned out to be extremely helpful, cooperating with my developer, and together finding a solution within a couple of weeks. Now everything works flawlessly and I am so happy that I decided to go with Aitoc for this software! /Sofus

Be careful from this extension and… Be careful from this extension and their customer support. Since I bought, I had Tons of issues and Bugs, it doesn't work properly with magento 2. after long period of being patience and waiting for this extension to work as it should be and described, which it didnt. their support of refunding and compensating simple customer which just wanted this extension to work as described, they kept stubborn on their behalf and couldn't give simple refund and compensate as any professional company. very narrow look into customer expirince. be careful don't buy ..
