We went with the wrong company!! We went with this company because we were told it would be 484.00 total cost and then it was another charge and another charge and then another of 4800 that was taken without our permission. We have paid a total of over $6000 and are very dissatisfied. We were told back in August 2021 we would be refunded $2500 (thats the best they can do) never received refund as of yet. I would never use or recommend this company to anyone, all they do is bleed you dry. We are a small company and can not afford to lose this type of money.

Website Profs now has a new scam Website Profs now has a new scam. They send you an email claiming that your domain name is being used by someone else (in another state). Then they inquire if you have secured the name by registering federally. They are now trying to get that business as well with their "in-house counsel." I have been contacted twice. Another scam. ps I never received the $1200 they stoled from me!

Buyer Beware Work was completed beyond the deadline but the work was acceptable, the problem is that they charged my company an additional $2500 over our contract and even though I was told that I would be reimbursed many times via texts, emails, and phone calls because of a glitch in their banking system, Website Profs lied to my bank about how much they received, I provided receipts to Website Profs but was just given the run-around for many months. This was funded by a state grant so this is all taxable and will be reflected. Still waiting to be refunded 7 months later. Doing business with Website Profs (Creative Company) was a mistake.

The team was great, Result is exceptional The team was great. I apologize for writing a late review as i have too many things on my plate. They completed the revamped design of our company website, patient with the requests and delivered an excellent result!
