very very very very bad company very very very very bad company, save your money, I try to call them regarding my order but I found out that they banned my phone call

They've answered my emails on very short period of time and went beyond my expectations. I've worked with Yuisa GONZALES a Sr. Project Manager who has been very professional and she worked on my documents on a record time. A real" speedy Gonzales" . when JR provides a deadline you can be assure that you will get your translation on that specific time if all services in the world could be like JR language I am sure we would be in Heaven. I would definitely recommend their services to other people. Keep up the good work .

Great customer service! I need it a one page certificate translated in less than 24hours. The turn around was about 3 hours; certified and notarized. Flora was very professional, responsive and precise. The certificate was reasonably priced and delivered to me in less than 24 hours. A soft copy of the doc was also sent to me via email. Best translation service I actually emailed my documents to one of the staff and the quote usually takes 24hrs or more but i got mine in less time. The translation was accurate, it had a reflection of what i was hoping for. the customer service is excellent!! they're friendly but you have to be friendly too!(kidding) I will definitely recommend them for any translation If you don't try you won't know!!!
