Impossible to contact Impossible to contact It is impossible to contact the customer service. I tried with 2 tickets, email and Facebook messenger, and I got no reply from them within 3 days. I cannot access my account anymore and there is no way to reach them out.

Always seen, all the time! The amount of money we receive in cash back is always shown, especially when making a manual payment. Unlike other cards, where it takes you to another website and they push you to shop for things you don't need, or make it difficult to use as cash.
