First quality swim cap that fits… I've never found a swim cap that fits all my hair before. The quality of the inner rubber material is fantastic and great for daily swims. The extra strap wrapping around the head is great for extra security. I find that the swimming caps work best if you take some water and slick down your hairline beforehand to create a tighter seal. If you want an effective and attractive cap to protect your hair from chlorine, and you have enough hair to make standard swim caps impractical, there is no better item on the market.

Very disappointed Still waiting on my order that was placed Feb. 29th. Since then I received an email about a manufacturing error and a 50% discount, however I do not intend to use it since my original order has not come. I reached out a week ago after receiving a marketing email that the very item I am waiting on was back in stock and available for purchase. This was my first time purchasing from this company and I really wanted this item as I had my eye on it for months before buying.

This has been the worst experience This has been the worst experience. No one takes the time to read and understand the emails to understand what the customer needs, and good luck with getting a response. I was sent the wrong item I’ve paid $37.50, after 8 emails I finally receive a shipping label and approved refund for $26.78, $10 less than what I’ve paid for the wrong item being sent out to me, and still no response. This was my first shopping with the company and last time.

Communication- I would have rated you… Communication- I would have rated you higher but for the products to arrive after 5 weeks seems unacceptable without notification. I had to reach out and inquire where my products were. I am please with the quality & I look forward to using it. I just received it.
