BEUnpleasant Experience with Channelgine and Billing Dispute I feel compelled to share my disappointing experience with Channelgine. Despite subscribing to their software for ten months, my journey has been marred by persistent issues that remained unresolved despite numerous support tickets. The responses consistently shifted blame onto the marketplaces without substantial resolutions. In December, I made the difficult decision to terminate the service. During a meeting, I detailed the multitude of issues leading to this choice, and they agreed to terminate the contract without additional charges. Regrettably, they have since reneged on this agreement, continuing to send invoices despite not fulfilling their contractual obligations. Moreover, they now seek to charge me until April.
