BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and Zephyr BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY and Zephyr Charge me over $600 and absolutely none of the work that I paid for was accomplished They did not launch my Facebook page, nor did they provide me the ad posts for this Facebook page Their contract states if you can find it that absolutely under no circumstances will they issue a refund even if they don’t provide any of the work as promised. I thought my credit card company would protect me, but they didn’t Was getting ready to launch a new company, in June 2022, my initial consultant was Max Jordan, who after approximately three or four weeks of false promises and basically submitting very poor quality work Constantly gave me excuses why deadlines were not met because he was sick and I was going to the doctors office, eventually I complain to his manager Zephry Who is sure me that he would take control of the situation and make sure that I would have a better experience He was no better, and often left me waiting for work from the graphics department for 1 to 2 weeks and time and time again, very poor quality work. Assured me that I would not be charged until I was happy with the promise 12 ad posts after 2 1/2 months they were only able to come up with two they also did not launch my Facebook and Instagram page as promised and no SEO work was done I complained bitterly, when I tried to reach out for a refund from my credit card company I was told that in the long and extensive complicated contract, DESIGNITIC HAS A CLAUSE which states under no circumstances no matter how unhappy or dissatisfied you are and even though no work was actually done they have the right to still keep the money and there will be no refunds issued under absolutely no circumstances Find this company and zephyr very Deceitful, Unprofessional and unscrupulous
