No issues at all, great experience and customer service. We started working with Ian at DesignsEngine in July 2020, and he was very patient, thorough, and polite. We took time with building out our website, since this is a new process for us, and Ian worked with us every step of the way, answering all of our questions and meeting our every demand. He met all the deadlines, and delivered for us. We are happy with the DesignsEngine team and Ian Diaz.

If I had known the results I would of had them rebuild my website from scratch a year earlier! Please!!!!!! Please, Please do not use this company. All those reviews are from them or people they force to give reviews when they start dealing with them. They did the same thing to me. They spend about 1 hour over the phone to give them good review. Thank God i did not do that. However, they force me to talk to a new customer on how good they are. At that time i was new and did not know how bad they are. They are scam. They did a horrible work and keep taking money from me. When i realize the site is horrible. I decide to quit working with them. At that point they refuse to give me my domain. After, for almost a year they say that they will give me my money back. They never answer my phone call. I am still reaching out to them everyday and no answer. I truly do not know how to tell you not to use this company. I had to pay full money to build another website.

The Project I presented Design engineer was complete website built from scratch, SEO, SMM, and making run completely on a Shopify platform giving me complete edit control. The Project I presented design Designsengine was a complex task. I don’t believe anyone could have done a more complete professional job like Sarah Martin did for me on this project. By far it was not just a slam dunk at all. She made herself available for all my needs questions and expectations. She is true professional by all means by what she does.
