Responsive and Caring I have been working with Bitstorec for a few months. They have been responsive and caring. I was receiving some leads that didn't work at the beginning, but I recently received a great lead that has a lot of chances to close. Bitstorec recently changed the Marketing strategy they are using and I'm very excited to keep receiving good leads and increase my conversion rate and closings.

Don't waste your money Don't waste your money. I signed onto Bitstorec in October 2023 and have not received one lead in my requested zip codes. I spoke to someone in December to complain and was assured I would receive leads. I'm fully aware that the real estate market is slow but I have not received any correspondence since last year. For all I know the company is no longer in business. I am requesting a full refund!

Do Not use Bitstorec DO NOT use Bitstorec the company is a scam. I paid $400 in October of 2023 and was told I would receive several leads a month. It has now been 6 month and I only received 2 questionable leads which turned out to be fake leads. Don't believe Liam Max if he tells you he will send you real leads, because they wont come. I asked for my money back and was told they can't refund people.

Disappointing performance They guaranteed residential real estate referrals in zip codes that you sign up for however, my first referral was a commercial lead in an area I do not cover, my second lead, was residential but again not in an area I cover, my third lead wasn't a price range that was even realistic unless you can buy a 3 bedroom 2 full bath house in New Providence, NJ for 300-350,000 which you can not. You are able to cancel within 30 days however they don't see to respond when you ask to do that. Stay away from this company.

Best lead platform on the market I started with the platform at level 1 and have since moved up to the second tier. I am very satisfied with the lead quality and the level of service I have been given. I would highly recommend this to any Realtor whether starting out or a seasoned veteran. As a Realtor it’s important to have a team like Bistorec on the front lines fighting for you.
