This Company is the worst This Company is the worst. After I paid my fee and sent them my old design as well as a sketch of the design I had in mind, things took a turn for the worst. I had to send them emails frequently for updates, I called them as well. All I received was a half a$$ logo and a questionnaire. Stay Away from Jonathan Cruz and company, you’re better off using an etcher sketch 🤦🏾‍♂️

Outstanding work for a Great price! This is my first time working with a logo company for a professional logo design from scratch. They have outstanding communication between the clients and design coordinator. They really listen to your feedback and will correct or start a new logo until they find what fits your needs. Horrible experience Horrible experience. They took a long time in responding all the time. Would not provide me with any documentation and I paid over $1500 with them. I didn't like the look of the website and in order for me to change it they wanted to charge another $1000. What is the point of paying over $1500 if I can't change the look of the website? Would not recommend them at all.

Summer 2023- Avoid these people no matter what I don’t know how this firm could be considered “ verified.” They make promises they never intend to deliver on, until you pay exorbitant fees never before mentioned, to release your project from being hostage. If not, you get all kinds of weird messages and then a zip file that is nothing at all like the intended result. I believe their incompetence and empty promises are their finest traits.
